The payments are focused on interest only policies and they do their best to collect interest only while the principle is never paid. The representatives lie and do not follow up on request, intentionally mislead and take serious advantage of elderly and those with bad credit. They report incorrectly to the credit bureau and close out accounts while you are still making monthly payments. I filed with BBB and refuse to let them take advantage of me, no matter what.. STAY AWAY, DO NOT deal with this crooked company ...

No voice activated prompts, no referrals to a website or an annoying app, no call center agents I cant understand.... just real people with real traditional customer service. I see why my parents and more enjoyed growing up here. Congratulations to Wilkie Smith on his retirement!

Laura Lamb United Community Bank is the best bank in Carrollton! I have used them for many years, now, and the customer service and friendliness of the staff is the absolute best, hands down! Ive used other banks, and I usually have just been frustrated with the attitude and unfriendliness of the tellers, and the time spent in line or at the drive-through. I actually enjoy going to UCB!
