I drive out of my way because this branch is unlike the one closest to me, and they dont have equipment failures. The last 3 times I tried to bank closer to me, they have been unfriendly, and they have had one issue after the other. Joseph DeBiasi I have never felt with such a place. They don’t answer phones or call you back. We as tax payers pay there salaries but yet they don’t do there jobs. My son’s medical insurance was canceled due to some kind of renewal that we did not get because we have moved. We called to do a change of address, but no one answers the phone or calls you back, so they just decide to cancel your medical insurance. When I pay taxes, I feel like I’m getting ripped off.
