Sarah Kitchens The agent at this office, Colleen Raye Taylor, is completely unprofessional. I inquired about an existing policy with this office and she not only did not help me, she did not want to, and her attitude was horrible. I switched all policies to State Farm solely because of HER. She is not good for business for Farm Bureau and I’d suggest they “give her the boot” as State Farm did before she acquired this job. I will be contacting headquarters in Macon about her.

TheKdb326 I visited this branch with my dad to open up an account. Everyone at the branch was extremely friendly and I could tell my dad has been treated well there over the years. Sara was so very helpful in making sure we got the account that best suited my fathers needs. Im so glad he Banks there and I feel so comfortable that they are all looking out for him as a long time customer.

Jacob Womack I don’t understand some of the 1 stars on here. I’ve gotten a loan through them and they were very helpful. Answered any questions I had and worked with me when I was going to be late a couple times. Overall pleasant experience.
