1st Franklin Financial - Dalton (GA)

Janice Bailey OMG this is the worse bank. I feel like this bank discriminate again peoples of color. I was working with Justina regarding my personal business I have been waiting to hear back from her for a week I have call left messages for her to call me back This is very unprofessional I will not be going back to this location again.... I had a cc get stuck in one of the machine outside I went in to retrieve my cc nobody had a key to the box. So I had to cancel that cc and a week later someone call me and ask if I left my cc in the machine. SMH The service is so bad I am thinking about moving my two litter quarter to a new bank. Someone that appreciate small coins.

Dagmar Sands Pam at this branch is incredible. Because of her great service I have already recommended her to four of my grandsons and three of my clients. They have all opened their accounts with her. I love coming to this branch.
