First Citizens Bank - Jasper (GA)

5 /5 Kris Baxter: Easily the best group of people to work with. They are always so kind and accommodating. They are absolutely generous with their time. It seems the bad reviews on here are just a reflection of people who had a tough time with changes that were made. People always struggle with change. Sometimes the change comes with a bunch of glitches which is what some of them probably experienced. As far as the review about them not working on Saturday, and dont think that warrants a one-star review, and I think maybe it would have been better to ask if they were open on a Saturday before opening up the bank account. If you Dont have a bank account there, then you probably shouldnt be posting a one-star review. Nonetheless Carol the general manager, and every One of her co-workers has been nothing but awesome. Thank you for citizens Bank Jasper for being amazing.

1 /5 Sew Unfiltered: We’ve banked here for 30 years when it was Jasper Banking Co., going through now the 3rd buyout and we will be changing banks now. This has been such a horrible experience and transition. After finding out about this while out of state and the people ‘we no longer know’ telling us we should’ve gotten notice but they must’ve pulled an old address through the system and sent all of our cards and information there, so we had no access to our accounts or money, to then come home and see our Ingles branch and atm closed, it’s been one problem after another!

1 /5 Joycie Roberts: Ive been with this bank since it was Jasper Banking. Then it went to Sterns, Then Entegra, I think Im missing one more. They change their name like folks change under clothing. They changed my account number that use to be 5 numbers I couldnt get in touch with anyone nor get a new debit card or for that matter a new account number till weeks later. Unfortunately, Im in a different state and cant get my money out of there until I go back to Georgia.... Trying to get in touch with a banker is like pulling teeth. Mr. Whitfield would be rolling over in his grave if hed seen this mess. Run dont walk away!!!
