Truist - Conyers (GA)

2 /5 Lovee Sammi: ATM has not been accepting cash deposits everytime I’ve gone to both of the Conyers ATMs at that bank, it wouldn’t take my money. It has been an inconvenience, I am considering switching banks.

1 /5 Alysia Anderson: If I could give this branch a negative star I would. I walked in with an appointment, no one waiting ahead of me and TWO employees working in the office. A woman comes in 5 minutes after me with no appointment and was taken in before me. 10 after the appointment time, all I received was “someone would be with me “very soon”. I took my small business account elsewhere and filed a complaint. Do business with professional people who want to do business with you.

If i could give 0 stars i would smh I opened an account and deposited money, the next day i went to use my money all was well later on i proceeded to make another transaction and my account was locked... this was 2 weeks ago i still dont have acess to my money and keep getting the run around about it every time i call and told if i go into the bank id just be told to call the same number ive been calling.im seriously fed up with them. AVOID this bank completely if possible i will end up sueing if i dont get a call with good news.

1 /5 The Home Solutions GUY: Attention business owners. We open an account here and the first check that we deposited from one of our customers threw up a red flag and they wanted us to have our customer get a certified letter from their bank etc. And we wasnt doing that. Its an insult so we had our customer write the check out to our name and deposited it into our personal account with no issue whatsoever they refuse to reopen our account without that information

1 /5 Avonda Cox: Worst customer service at this location...Drive thru teller dont know whats going on. Stating you cant make cash deposits in other people accounts..false I contact the Corporate and they said you can. Hire smart drive thru tellers at this location please. Miss Sun glow at the window needs to be replaced.
