Kayla I’ve been with this bank for years and never had to wait as long as I did I waited two hours the woman was rude wouldn’t help when I asked her a question. Wasted two hours of my day and you can’t talk to anyone directly on the phone

terry elliott Awesome experience while getting a car loan. Couldnt be happier! Brandi and Kevin were great! While they were receiving different types of info online, there was a hiccup on item which could have delayed the transaction by a day and that would have been a huge inconvenience since I was from out of town. Cliff Reed This review is not for the services provided but for the cleanliness of the place. When you walk into the waiting room theres trash all over the floor the windows have a hazy film on them cobwebs all in the corners youd think this place would take a little pride and run a vacuum cleaner once in a while and maybe spray an air freshener. (Edit) Since I have returned the place looks great and smells a lot better too I appreciate them taking my review into consideration and doing a little cleaning after all first impressions are everything.
