McCall Grosso I’d like to extend my gratitude to Kerlyne and her team at the Jefferson branch. I came in to request more information for an auto loan on a Friday afternoon, and Kerlyne immediately jumped into action to help me secure the vehicle of my dreams by ensuring that we got everything in place for the loan to be processed before the team left on Friday afternoon, even staying until almost 6 o’clock processing all paperwork.
