1 /5 Vonceia Robinson: Im a member been with Geo Vista since 2003 when it was fort Stewart credit union. My children are members as well. My complaints are no one ever answers the phone. They rarely call you back. They offered no solution during the COVID epidemic. Someone closed my line of credit without my authorization and the list goes on!!!!!!

5 /5 shawn wright: Everytime I do business with GeoVista they never disappoint. This most recent experience was with Brittany in the loan department. She was so patient and informative that I felt compelled to leave A review. I would also like to mention Kathy that handles all my wire transfers for me. Just top notch service across the board even when going through an entire system update.

1 /5 Loqueta Edwards: DONT BANK WITH GEOVISTA!!! My husband has been a member of GeoVista, Hinesville banking institution, for the past several years that Ive known him. GeoVista has been hit or miss with services. 1st, any time he would have an issue outside of office hours, you would have to wait until Monday - Friday... Good luck, if its the evening/weekend, your out of town or country and have an issue with your card. 2nd, calling and speaking to a person other than Ms. Lou. She would transfer me to a department... only to hold for a little while, then goes to voicemail. *Recently, my husband card has been charged 3 times from Priceline... when we had a reservation from Booking.com. Fraud Department detected the 1st try, texted, asking was this authorized, in which he replied No. He contacted the number they provided and the Fraud Dept. stated these will be blocked going forward. NOT!!! Since then Priceline has charged his account Two MORE TIMES!!! This all started on Tuesday, April 15th, its now Friday, April 18th and he and I have taken turns calling the bank, fraud department, card services and a manager... to NO AVAIL. As of today, all his direct deposits have been changed and as soon as GeoVista fixes this problem... YOU DONT EVER have to worry about our money going forward. And trust you me... I will be filing a report with Better Business Bureau, GA Department of Banking & Finance and National Credit Union Administration. And that goes for PRICELINE.COM as well! 5 /5 Calvin Kellogg: I’ve been a member for 4 or 5 years now. The staff is always helpful. I recommend Sasha Terry as being the most helpful person I’ve dealt with. Extremely knowledgeable, and doesn’t quit working till any issue I have is resolved. I can’t tell you how important that makes me feel. Top notch!

3 /5 Melanie: People are nice, but their loan payment system is awful. I have had a car loan with them for a few years and theyve changed their system 2 or 3 times. The system doesnt save my payment information so I have to re-enter it each time. And recently, they changed their new system again and its awful. You have to login to one system to make payment, but it doesnt give you any information. It doesnt tell you how much is due or your due date, and of course it doesnt save your information. And you cant even schedule a payment for a future date. If you want to find out your balance, current amount due, due date, etc, you have to login to a different system. Its rediculous. I would never recommend anyone getting a loan from here, because who has time for this? Edited my review from 1 star to 3, because their people are genuinely nice and so friendly. Their system is still awful though. But I think its only fair to give credit where credit is due.
