My husband has been a member of GeoVista, Hinesville banking institution, for the past several years that Ive known him. GeoVista has been hit or miss with services. 1st, any time he would have an issue outside of office hours, you would have to wait until Monday - Friday... Good luck, if its the evening/weekend, your out of town or country and have an issue with your card. 2nd, calling and speaking to a person other than Ms. Lou. She would transfer me to a department... only to hold for a little while, then goes to voicemail.
*Recently, my husband card has been charged 3 times from Priceline... when we had a reservation from Booking.com. Fraud Department detected the 1st try, texted, asking was this authorized, in which he replied No. He contacted the number they provided and the Fraud Dept. stated these will be blocked going forward. NOT!!! Since then Priceline has charged his account Two MORE TIMES!!! This all started on Tuesday, April 15th, its now Friday, April 18th and he and I have taken turns calling the bank, fraud department, card services and a manager... to NO AVAIL. As of today, all his direct deposits have been changed and as soon as GeoVista fixes this problem... YOU DONT EVER have to worry about our money going forward. And trust you me... I will be filing a report with Better Business Bureau, GA Department of Banking & Finance and National Credit Union Administration. And that goes for PRICELINE.COM as well!
