Haley I am so excited to be switching banks from my local credit union to Truist. This branch is close to my house and I was having difficulties at my current bank getting the correct info to set up a business banking. I looked up Truist online and saw I can easily make an appointment at a branch. The moment my husband and I walked into the branch we were greeted. We proceeded to be helped by a branch leader, Writu. I cannot thank her enough for the positive experience we had in setting up our business banking account. She went over our options, paperwork, and other items very thoroughly and quickly. The process couldnt have been any easier! At one point in the process I did have to withdraw money from my other bank card for a starting deposit and the tellers were very friendly as well.
