Molly Fisher Nate has always went above and beyond with helping us make sense of our taxes, as well as getting back the best refund weve worked for. He is reliable, and knows what he is doing. I tried Turbo Tax for a few years, however decided to go back this year after realizing that having a professional work on your taxes is probably smarter than doing them yourself. James Shiver ATM seems is always out of order, my bank card seems to want to tell me how much and how many times I can use, loan officer told me a lie, I was given a $42,000 loan that I paid off in 5 months. I purchased a hoyse. I then asked for $16,000 loan with house as collateral. Jake pointed out a $15 delinquent acct on my report that was there before and denied me. How does this make sense. And my acct wasnt finished in my credits report so it doesnt help my credit score. I have more but you get the jist

Ray Anderson Customer service is just ok. I often feel like the staff looks down on their customers. Helpful with some issues that I have but others they seem to not care about. Worked for a company that used this branch and they made mistakes often.
