Scheduled MULTIPUL calls at various times AT THEIR REQUEST and didnt receive a single call. Finally called them and was given nothing but attitude. Will not be doing business here and i suggest you stay away too.

1 /5 SwannLake *: RUDE! They made the process VERY LONG (2weeks). Got approved but because I didn’t have my “debit card” w/ me when I came to the office, she then said I needed bank statements. I provided her a bank statement that I wanted the money to go into & then I was told she needed bank statements that shows my direct deposits from my job.. MAY I ADD, I already gave her my check stubs, license, social security card, proof of a utility bill etc & now bank statements w/ my deposit & they still was difficult. Never reached back out after I sent every document they requested in a timely manner. All this difficulty was SILLY to me considering if I had a debit card the “money would be deposited within an hour” .. Again, got approved but these people made it very difficult for no reason. This was a last resort thing for me because I had an unfortunate situation prior which put me in a horrible situation. I’m slowly getting myself back on track without this debt. Please let this be a last resort. Again, they are difficult and rude. These interest rates are extreme as well. Trust me, I understand being in a tough situation, this place just adds to the stress & look at my situation. I got approved and they STILL made it difficult. Felt like I was begging.

1 /5 Andrew Kakuse: Very inefficient. How many times I have to upload documents at different times. Why not just let me upload it all at once instead of running around like a chicken with they head cut off. Ricidulous. One thing keeps leading to another. And it’s ridiculous that even though I have a P.O. Box registered to my debit card, they won’t accept it and had to use my physical address! What’s the point of a mailing address then? Why didn’t they just ask for a document with my physical address from the jump? Why did they even ask for my debit card? AND THEN they needed a bank statement! I ain’t no astronaut but these were some leaps and bounds. And they don’t even say that $50 would be added to the principal? Everything that is done is very counterproductive, down to the T. They make you jump 10 steps up but fall 20 steps back. This process could not have gotten any more ridiculous. And the hours are incorrect; they say they come in at 8:30 but they don’t do anything but sit around and drink coffee until 10. I scheduled a time for a phone consult on Christmas. No one called me. Why did they not black out that date so that no one can book during that day? I got approved same day if you don’t count Christmas, and she said it would go into my account tomorrow but I doubt that will happen.
