1 /5 Kayla: I’ve been with this bank for years and never had to wait as long as I did I waited two hours the woman was rude wouldn’t help when I asked her a question. Wasted two hours of my day and you can’t talk to anyone directly on the phone

1 /5 Tanica Byrd: Horrible horrible horrible. So due to an auto accident I had to purchase a new vehicle. Unfortunately these folks are my finance company. Well first I had gotten a letter they werent accepting my application. Only to find out they did. No welcome letter call or anything to be told how to make payments. When I finally got a person was treated so non chanlantly. Was told dont take debit payments only to find out they do. The solution was to drive 2.5 hrs to a location. The center agents or whoever they are act as if you called their house. About to pay these folks off and ne done. Would not suggest to anyone EVER

1 /5 Brit’s World: I’ve never had an issue with service from this branch until I had an issue with my account. It’s been two weeks and my issue is not resolved, branch manager is difficult to reach but I will continue to call until my issue is resolved!

1 /5 Cagney Parker: I am giving it 2 stars for giving them the "benefit of doubt" that they are working from home. Ive been dealing with them since last month with an issue. I have spoken to 3 different people and the last 2 told me they would call me back and never did. You all have to have better service than this. Update....I dont know what going on with this organization. I moved it to one star. I have had an issue since June 2020 and still no resolution; just the run around.
