Delta Community Credit Union - Newnan
Darlene Crittenden I needed some old bank statements. I live an hour and a half away from Delta Community Credi now. I called and booked an appointment. I was told that my transaction could be managed on a Saturday and was given an appointment for that day just to get there and be told that it could not. The person that I saw went to speak to the manager and stated that the manager said that I just had to cone back during the week; no other recommendations offered.
I came back the following week and thats when I met Russ Nuss. I must say that my confidence in this particular bank was zero up until I met him. He managed my business so smoothly and professionally I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. While there and just talking, I found out that my business could have been implemented on the Saturday that I was there had the manager/ staff known what to do.
Delta Community Credit have a hidden gem in Mr Russ. Please know that he represents your bank well. His expertise shines too brightly to be tucked away in his work cubicle. Thanks again Russ, you raise a zero review to a score of 5!
