SouthState Bank - Clayton (GA)

Tammy Roberts Been on hold for 25 minutes. I cant access my online account, they said use your First bank login ID and the last 6 of your social. Then it wants to call you with a passcode but the message says "sorry an application error has occurred-Goodbye" and the system hangs up on you. Disappointing to say the least

Esther Gringer I went to the Metter Synovus to add a signatory to my account. and Dustin Vernon helped me with the paperwork. He was AWESOME. Super personable and extremely knowledgeable and patient in explaining everything re: my account. If yall go up there, ask for Dustin! Great bank, great employees, highly recommend!
