Coming from a much larger institution, I was skeptical but am pleased to say that any reservations I had have all been put to rest. All of the amenities that I was accustomed to are available, which is absolutely phenomenal! Not to mention, every single interaction with each employee has been nothing less than stellar. When we were in the middle of trying to figure out all her finances, etc., at her passing, Ms. Mary Ann (who has retired) was an absolute God send! I still have a small account there (I live out of town) and recently had to call for some assistance and Ms. Sheena Maddox was super polite and very, very helpful!
