She made the entire transaction just easy!! Easier than initially, anticipated. By the next day, I was signing paperwork. The option was to have the ability to email the requested paperwork prior to arrival. Only thing better wouldve been e-Sign. Regardless, I was well, pleased with the customer service that I received. Becky is the epitome of great customer service that is lacked in this society, but still greatly, desired and needed. Shes a phenomenal asset to your company.
