john s I go to 1st Franklin in Washington GA and I have to say these Ladies have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE in this part of the United States.

Sherry Jowers I love my bank. Me and my husband has been banking with them for years. They have an app that lets me know everything that comes from my account. They are always very courteous and acknowledges me when I come in or go through the drive thru. I recommend banking here.

Denise Herrin-Mason Your website says your office stays open until 5:00, I walked in and 4:31 and was told that you were closed, so I went to my car to use my phone and 10mins later the customer that was inside I when I was told you were closed came out REALLY?? Couldnt have some else waited on me during those 10 minutes!?!

Dallas We did our taxes with Ms. Deanna Hill. She was amazing and helped us out a ton! Would highly recommend her if you want to get your taxes done. I also highly recommend Jackson Hewitt as a whole.

Kim Steedley I have had nothing but great experiences with this establishment. The people are great and the service is exemplary. Lynn Robinson is a great person to go to for help. She is very knowledgeable and highly skilled. Her compassionate nature is noticeable and appreciated. As always, a job well done. Patti was very helpful too and friendly, as are all the staff I have met or had any interactions with. Anyway you look at it, I would highly recommend this credit union and expect to remain a happy member for years to come.
