1 /5 Tony Roberts: It was horrible. I was lied to before I opened an account. Alonso told me something completely different than what I was told after I opened the account. Its not easy for me to even get out because I have terminal stage 4 lung and brain cancer, and I even showed them a letter stating that I have 6 months or less to live. I even got the paperwork to have all my VA and social security sent directly to direct deposit but I will never do this now. The first guy who helped me open the account was great, but it went down hill from there. I also dealt with a lady to finish up what I needed and she was very rude as well. Most likely I will be closing this account. Never have had bad service from any bank ever
