Andrea Papp My checking account was hacked, and Amy set up a new account for me and moved my money. She kept the old account open for incoming deposits so I can get my Social Security deposit changed to the new account. She also advised me to get my iPad cleaned so this doesn’t reoccur. Ms MChell Today I experienced a very pleasant visit at the Downtown Jonesboro TRUIST Bank.... I hadnt been to this location in a while. Because I normally travel to Fayetteville or McDonough intentionally as to avoid the Jonesboro location!!! However I have observed since Oct-Nov 2023 a very welcoming change in the Customer Service & promptness provided by the Bankers in the Front Lobby... Specifically; Relationship Banker: Mr. KHALIL LINSEY Always has a very pleasant demeanor, very professional and always attentive to all his customers need with a smile.... Most people are quick to right BAD Reviews.... So today I wanted to be quick to right a GOOD Review... J Johnson Staff has always been friendly and helpful, on the phone and in person every interaction Ive had with them. They are quick and efficient! Location is clean, quiet, and up to date.
