1 /5 Jimi Rogers: I have been a customer with them for over a year. Sadly, they have proven to be some of the nastiest people ever. I wrote a wonderful review about them but they are rude. Jennifer, who I assume is a district manager, is one of the nastiest people ever and I plan on filing a formal complaint on her. I am happily paying them off today and want nothing else from them.

Even though we handled everything over the phone, Asia made the process incredibly smooth and stress-free. She was friendly, professional, and most importantly, understanding of my situation. Asia helped me pay off my loan with ease, walking me through each step and answering all my questions with patience and care. Her kindness and efficiency turned what could have been a stressful moment into a truly positive experience.
