Brittney Burks Alesha in digital banking went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were taken of and then some! She took my worries and put them all to rest with her gracious and most giving attitude. Her customer service was nothing less than absolute perfection and with my specific situation, I will never be able to accurately put into words just how EXTREMELY thankful I am that she chose kindness when she assisted ME! She deserves all the recognition in the world! jonas Yarberry Terrible phone etiquette, basically non-existent. “Wad’up” is not an acceptable way to address a costumers call/inquiry. A simple transfer question about the recipient being turned away because money was too high was met with, “you have to come to store and talk to manager”... I’m 3000 miles away dingus, how about you put him on the line! No resolution or apathy followed by abruptly hanging up on me. Totally unacceptable, never again.

Amanda Marie So far every experience I had here was pleasant. No post office is perfect, and Ive definitely dealt with worse. But this one is pretty good so far from all the years Ive dealt with them.

Marti Riley Bush The one ATM you can access after the bank closes never works! Theyre only open until 4PM Monday through Thursday. The only day they are open passed 5PM when most people get off work is Friday and then it is only until 6. So good luck getting your bank business done. To top it all off they are closed on Saturdays, and the only other ATM is inside the bank!! Rather its a local decision on how this bank runs or a corporate decision they really need to get it together.
