1 /5 Teresa Tucker: last week I called this bank 22 times within an hour, no one to answer the phone?? no coin counter, no drive thru. I went in about an hour later and three girls behind the counter eating and having a good ole time, one woman came from the back to wait on me. I have been with this bank for years but never go in, it is time to change to one with some customer service! this bank is a bad joke.

5 /5 Emrah Gurses: Today, I had to visit this bank. Before going, I checked the reviews and honestly, I hesitated because there were many negative comments. However, due to the urgency of my work, I decided to go. When I arrived, I was met with a completely different experience. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. Contrary to what the reviews suggested, I received excellent service. In particular, Ms. Sara was incredibly polite and patient with me, providing great assistance. I would like to express my gratitude to her once again. This experience has shown me that reviews don’t always reflect the truth. As a citizen of Turkey, I want to convey my appreciation to the bank employees, especially Ms. Sara. It’s truly admirable to encounter such wonderful people. Thank you to all of them!
