You can never get any information by calling, theyll direct you to leave a voicemail and dont return your call for weeks, if at all. It takes a month or better to receive your first initial benefits from them, then its a weekly battle to get them after that. I have paid weekly for 7 years through my employer for their services, they glady took their payments with no hesitation, but when it comes to them having to payout, they drag their feet.
