Jeff Rickel Very high pressure sales tactics, wants you to invest more money than your comfort zone felt like you should give them. Went to name calling when ask about doing a trade they didnt want to do, calling me a bottom feeder and other things. Made several thousand dollars off that trade using another broker. Did make some off their suggested investment, but not worth the constant high pressure phone calls - they called as many as 3 times a week.

The people that work there are friendly and they are always laughing. I love the good vibes they bring and their branch manager is very sweet. If I did not live so far away I would bank here. But it is great knowing these people will go above and beyond for my elderly grandparents who are easily confused
