She was ask to take a seat and wait for a girl in an office by a teller. After waiting 5-10 minutes the girl came out with a greeting card in her hand and headed to the tellers counter handed it to them to be signed and then walked by my wife not acknowledging her and exited to a back room. My wife got up and left.
