5 /5 Elizabeth Jones: About a week or so ago I walked into this business and the first person I saw acted like she didnt want to speak to me or even try to help me and when she finally asked me what I needed it was in a rude way. Alisha needs to learn how to approach people. What turned what should had been a one star into a five star is Kasey, she is very awesome and tried her best to get me what I wanted and walked me through the whole process step by step and she and her manager made me feel right at home with their knowledge and understanding of what a customer needs when trying to understand something they are not familiar with. Thank yall for everything.

5 /5 Destiny Cagle: I have been with First Franklin since I was 18 and they have always been so amazing. Went today with my 2 year old son who was full of energy. Mrs. Kristie and Mrs. Katie were so wonderful with spoiling my baby with treats and playing with him. And Mrs. Kristie did amazing with making everything super quick so we were in and out.
