Rick I have been a Country Companies/ Country Financial customer since I was 16, and Im now 64. Ten years ago we moved here from Illinois and Byron Brock and staff have been phenomenal, to say the least. Ive shopped around and no one has beaten prices on home owners, vehicles, boats, motorcycles etc. During tropical storm Irma we suffered damage and we were well taken care of immediately! I had paint damage on one of my trucks and the entire truck was repainted, shop of MY choice, with a lifetime warranty. Anything weve questioned or asked, weve been VERY well attended to. Deana Calvert For years I was flying blind without a financial purpose and plan. I was paying way too much in taxes and no plan for retirement. Sarah Kemp I called after going in 2 weeks ago. The people here are so horrible my case was closed because I apparently uploaded something wrong but I wasnt given notice of this and they say its not their job to let me know if I have done something wrong. The lady on the phone wouldnt let me finish a sentence without cutting me off and laughed at me when i tried to continue what i was saying so I caught an attitude and hung up only to recieve a call back immediately so I answered and asked if they wanted to laugh at me some more but the supervisor was also rude asf. The point they made to me is theres nothing I can do about my closed case and I have to reapply so now because of something that could have been corrected with a little bit of communication on their part me and my family have to struggle. If someone is looking to move to liberty county but you know you will require benefits I would look elsewhere because of this specifically. I mean its disgusting really if I could leave less than 1 star i would. They need a revamp of the whole staff.

Southern Essence They are wonderful, caring and down to earth staff. Ms. Shani was great, she is straight forward and authentic. They do not hide and is very open minded-I will send anyone who need help to give a call or visit.

Anna Jones I personally love doing business with MFS they’re all very professional and polite. But my favorite is Ms Lindy Moody . She has a heart of gold and will do anything to help you out in any way she can.Thank you all for your services!!
