Jimmie Frazier Tammy Brown was very helpful, she explained everything in detail she also answered every question that was asked . She also explained to me about putting a spending limit on the account. I could go on and on about her, you don’t always find banker as nice and patient as Mrs. Brown. (If there’s a such thing as cloning she would be the one to clone.❤️

Cindy Bailey Staff was so helpful and kind. We had a weird issue and they were able to find a quick solution.

Nicole Lipp. I love going to this Truist. I usually go inside instead of using the drive through machines and each time there is no wait, everyone at the desk greets the customers, and they are always so pleasant to talk to. They are also very efficient. There is a gentleman that is usually working there, but I didnt ever catch his name, but he is very kind and personable.

Mia Hughes I was going through so much dealing with the passing of my son . I fell behind in bills and banking but was assured they would not drop me in my time of need . Regardless of how crazy we thought the request was she made it happen and quickly with a smile on her face.
