1 /5 Lydell: If I could give this local branch in Augusta zero stars I would. Poor customer service. They always threatening you if your payment is late, even after filing disability through their third party. Its like they get mad when you have to use the insurance as if its affecting their paychecks. NEVER AGAIN

5 /5 Shawn Abrams Jr.: Amy deserves 6 Stars...not just 5! She was very patient, and communicated with us well. She helped us in every way possible and gave us great product options. The store was closing but she didnt rush. Our experience at OneMain was awesome!

She explained everything down to the detail. She was knowledgeable and patient when I didnt understand something. She actually made the experience.
