Sam Adkins Our hometown bank cant be beat! Our daughter is traveling through Europe and landed in London this morning and got a text that her FNB card would not work. She had already notified FNB of her travel dates etc. and they had taken care of everything. This problem was an unforseen glitch. After an early morning call to FNB they quickly began working to resolve the problem even though it was Saturday! They didnt say "you will have to wait until Monday morning." This is why we love our small town! Thank you Nan and Nancy and the exceptional customer service you provided our family today!!

Lorelei Usually have great experiences with this branch, but this time was rather odd. Needed to deposit something so I figured I might as well get my new married name changed since it has been a while since I got married. The lady at the front was super sweet, she said I needed my marriage certificate to get the name change done. Cool, I go and get it and come back. The other lady up front directs me to the people at the desks, like where you open up accounts and everything. Cool. I wait my turn to be called and the lady at the desk says how can I help you, etc. I told her I needed a name change on my account, and she said, contrary to what the first lady up front told me, "I wont need your marriage certificate".. okay, interesting. We sit in silence for about 10 minutes, with her not saying much in between. Then she says "Oh, your husband needs to come in with his un-expired ID." Why? Joint account or not, I was trying to take care of business on my account, and I had all the needed paperwork, so now it is at a halt until we both come back. Kind of ridiculous, you never need an ID unless you are opening an account really, and it should update unexpired IDs automatically, but still have no idea what that has to do with my own account. She didnt even really explain why, it was a very weird vibe.

AMFB Dixie Lynn got right on my concerns of such high payments that I just couldnt make. I had went EVERYWHERE & talked to EVERYONE I could and it was always that they couldnt help or either it was even higher payments! Not the case with Dixie, I actually thought she had got something wrong when she told me the price she got it down to. You just dont find genuine, good hearted ppl everywhere these days, but Dixie Lynn is one of those ppl I was lucky enough to run across. If you are searching for help lowering your insurance, have questions nobody else will take the time to answer, wanna make sure all ur stuff is covered enough, & much more, Call or go see Dixie Lynn up at Affordable Insurance on Curahee in Toccoa, GA!!!!
