I came in to request more information for an auto loan on a Friday afternoon, and Kerlyne immediately jumped into action to help me secure the vehicle of my dreams by ensuring that we got everything in place for the loan to be processed before the team left on Friday afternoon, even staying until almost 6 o’clock processing all paperwork. In addition to staying late, she proactively called the dealership I was working with multiple times on my behalf to ensure that they would hold the vehicle for me, even when said dealership was less than pleasant to work with.
