When the message played I was surprised because people rarely call a mechanic happy, much less to thank them. It was about 15 minutes into my first consultation that I knew, with his character and experience, that he was MY financial consultant for sure. Michelle Schultz When we bought our business we were told at another local bank it would be an easy transition for the account to change owners. Long story short, the other bank changed requirements 3 times (and each time we had to contact the lawyer who handled our closing... And he was slow). We were desperate because payroll was about to come due and we needed a bank set up for our payroll to come out of! We showed up on a Saturday at Truist and THEY made it happen. Since then, weve had a great experience so far. The worst thing about this bank is it often has long lines.
