Elise Shain and her team (Kylie, who I worked with the most after Shain), were amazing! I found Shain as I wanted to work with a local lender and did not feel great about the first one I spoke to. Shain really understood that I was a first time home buyer, and on a small budget. She was kind and forthright, and then patient when we hit a few hiccups throughout the process. Her objective guidance was invaluable! After Shain and her teams perseverance and collaboration with my real estate agent, I was able to get into my dream home. I am so grateful!
