5 /5 Jerrica Eaves: I had to stop by the office recently, and I just wanted to say how refreshing the atmosphere is these days. Doris and Sarah are absolutely wonderful SO and welcoming and helpful. You can really feel their positive “ready to help” energy! I left feeling my (many) questions were fully answered (and with patience)!!

5 /5 J DG: We’ve had service from Blossman for more than 20 years and never once had a problem with service or delivery. They are always quick to respond to a concern and to send out a technician if needed. Everyone we have ever spoken with has been super friendly and helpful.

5 /5 Kimberly Quattlebaum: I have been with this company for about 8 years and have never had an issue. I love that I can schedule a delivery online and pay that way as well. Many reviews mention the rudeness of the office staff, but I have never encountered that problem when Ive called.

1 /5 Stephanie Bell: Steer clear of this company. We were customers for a number of years. Their service gradually got worse over the years. Office staff rude and short. Before we stopped using them a service man came to our home to fix our furnace and almost blew it up. There was a loud explosion noise and black soot all over the place. Then we requested gas be delivered on our assigned delivery day but they didnt show and then didnt show for another 2 days. We finally ran out of gas and were freezing so we called them again and because it was after hours they tried to charge us a huge emergency fee. We cancelled the service and requested they come out to get their tank. They never showed so our new provider were nice enough to unhook it before installing our new one. I dragged Blossmans tank out of the way. I called a few more times over the next few months but they never showed to get their tank. It sat out there almost a year before they came to get it and then tried to charge us a rental fee. I told them they owed me more in tank storage fees.

1 /5 Naunnie Owens: We do NOT recommend this company. The office staff is rude. The service is very undependable. Their price is higher than other local propane dealers. If you try to have a portable tank filled, they want you to pay, then come pick it up later. If you want propane delivered, you pay in advance and then wait for delivery. They never show up when they say they will, even if it is your "regular" delivery day. On more than one occasion our paid order has been "lost or "forgotten". After repeated phone calls inquiring about our order, it still took over 24 hours for the truck to show up.
