1 /5 Amy Vergara: This one star is for Griffin GA branch,in particular to the black lady so racist to me, and mean, all I just needed to withdraw from my account and she denied the service to me. Ive been with Wells Fargo and this is the first person that treated me that way, it looks like she has so many problems. Ill just wait for my card in the mail. Maybe the other persons are very nice but not this black lady, sorry for saying what I went through.
1 /5 Jessie Jess: Charismas attitude was definitely not one of great customer service. As she assisted me she huffed and puffed the whole time. You could definitely tell she didn’t feel like being bothered with. I would’ve appreciated an “I can help you with that” attitude
1 /5 Laylay D: I visited the bank to close my account and was very disappointed with the service I received. When I spoke with Cassandra Dean, she informed me that she and another representative had an appointment and could not assist me. Instead, I was told to either call member services or attempt to close the account myself online.
When I explained that I wanted to handle the matter in person that day, she asked if I had money in the account. After confirming that I did, she stated I would first need to withdraw the funds and wait for the pending transaction to clear before the account could be closed the following day.
I left feeling frustrated that I could not resolve a simple request in person and that I was not provided with the level of support I expected from my financial institution.
5 /5 Dalyn DeFoor: So I have been banking with Wells Fargo for many years. This location has great customer service. Always smiles, and fast service. I have over heard in the lines before with customers being disrespectful and ugly, and no matter what the Wells Fargo staff always stays nice and professional.
3 /5 Cecil Bray: Just wanted to take a few dollar out of bank account witch I did in really nice way it’s not a restaurant everyone acknowledge me did not expect any more than that. I have about 2.3 million in the bank. I’m pretty happy with service.
