Her personality is unmatched—she kept my husband and me smiling the whole time while also giving us great insight on lighting and proper care for our rings. I decided to come back, and I’m so glad I did—the experience was wonderful! Ming helped me during my second visit, and she was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, patient, and went out of her way to make sure I had a great experience. Because of her, I only have positive things to say and left with a great memory of the store.
