Her extensive knowledge about the products was impressive, and she took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. 1 /5 Alie Prem: I had two rings of the same material resized at the same time. One of them split at the seam from where it was resized a couple of months later, one of the women working there was an angel and had it fixed for me. Unfortunately when the ring was repaired the ring looked thinner at the repair spot. The ring is splitting again, at the exact same seam from the resizing and repair. When I called and explained everything asking if it could be repaired again I was told since it was after 30 days nothing could be done. The rings are removed before any physical work, and not put through heavy strain. Extremely disappointed with the response I was given about the ring that now has broken twice from their repairs after they resized it. UPDATE: I sent two emails to the email I was given by the company, and have not received any response.
