We came in without an appointment and were serviced quickly - within two hours, we had decided upon my custom ring. She was able to work with our timeline and craft my dream ring in ~6 weeks. Along the way, Laura was very responsive and sent us updates with mock-ups of the ring and was able to adjust things remotely on the fly at our request. Pickup was very smooth and cant recommend this business enough. SO happy we went in-person and a smaller business fort this process. Looking forward to coming back for our wedding bands. Ring is a 2.49 carat diamond with sapphire accent, platinum band, and hidden halo
