5 /5 Lauren Oxford: We were in town and I lost a screw out of my watch band while at the beach. I called and asked if they might be able to repair it, even though I didnt purchase the watch from them. They said to bring it by and they would check. I got there at 3:58 and I realized when I started to write this review that they actually close at 4:00. So they were kind enough to let me run in at the last minute and they stayed late to fix my watch. They were so kind and helpful. I did look around while I waited and they had a great selection. Wonderful customer service, even for someone who wasnt a customer!

5 /5 Lee Dinoff: Revised review; Came in and my wife picked out an $8000 ring for her to mount a diamond on. We left a business card with all our Information on it. We were told we would get a call the following week as to when the ring would get there . I asked if They wanted a deposit and was told let’s make sure we can get it in your wife’s size because her finger is so small. I was angry and disappointed because they didn’t have the common curtesy to call us but let it be known that We did return and my wife purchased the ring and my wife is very pleased which means I am very grateful to the owner for taking the correct steps and fixing an issue that got out of hand. I apologize for being negative in my original review and so am happy to report that all has been corrected and this review ends on a very positive note! With very happy clients.

1 /5 GA: Buying jewelry should be a special. My husband and I went to Joseph Jewlers on St. Simons to purchase a gift for me. The experience is just as important as the jewelry. Unfortunately, our experience was poor. I do not believe a store leader should blame other employees, not deliver what was paid for, and disregard a customers privacy concerns. The lack of respect for customers is something this store needs to work on. My husband and I will be buying jewelry where we can have cherished memories.
