Lauren .Rives Wow, I was really blown away with the amazing service I received today! I walked in just wondering if they’d be able to help me with a watch battery that I just got replaced a week ago at Kay Jewelers. The watch wasn’t keeping the correct time. They didn’t hesitate to take it behind the counter and take a look at it for me. They replaced the battery free of charge! Jim and David were very kind, patient, and helpful with my issue. They took their time to assist me. They did say that if the battery still doesn’t work that there may be an issue with the watch itself. But it works great now! While I was waiting for the watch to be finished, Dianne asked if I needed anything. I showed her my tarnished silver bangles she offered to clean them for me She brought them back sparkling and gave me great advice on how to clean and store the bangles. Very lovely lady! Excellent customer service! This family owned jewelry store went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much!

He has an incredible eye for jewelry and was able to get me the perfect pieces for my husband—a stunning necklace and a beautiful watch—both at amazing deals. My husband absolutely loved them! What made the experience even more special was AK fixing my wedding ring—it turned out absolutely beautiful, and I’m so grateful for his care and expertise. tiana roland David is by far one of the best jewelers in the south. He was so easy to connect with and me and my boyfriend loved his friendly easy to talk to spirit. Reeds helped me and my lovely boyfriend with our ring picking! I’m so happy with my ring and so is my boyfriend:) If you go to reeds in valdosta mall GA, ask for David!!!
