tammy lee I brought 3 rings into Morgan Jewelers that I wanted to combine and make one ring (the rings meant the world to me and has so much sentimental value.) Jim took time and reassured me it could be done would be beautiful. I once lost the back to an earring I didn’t even purchase from her, and she still gave me a replacement without hesitation. When I went in to buy a white gold necklace to layer with one I had previously gotten from her, she generously gifted me a necklace and wouldn’t let me pay for it. I also purchased a diamond necklace from her, and later, my fiancé surprised me with the matching bracelet both are absolutely stunning! Kathy never pressures me to buy anything, even when I’m tempted to make an impulsive purchase (which is often!). I’m so grateful for her generosity and heart. Terrall Putnam My wife fell on vacation last June and broke her ring finger and pinkie. That and a breakdown of our car made the vacation a disaster. Of course they had to cut the rings off her fingers. We had to wait a full year for her fingers to recover and the swelling to subside. The Gold Shop not only fixed the badly bent and cut rings, they performed it while we were on vacation this June and it wasnt expensive. Great work! We appreciate them so much!

Connor Grant I had to get my watch band repaired. One place said it would take a week and charged $50. Another said they could fit me in the same day but it would cost $150. Then when we went here the guys did it for 5 minutes for free. Impeccable service. My next watch purchase will definitely be here.

michelle crim I dropped by Kendra Scott today to get a Birthday gift for my sister. The employees are very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. They helped me choose between different color options when I couldn’t make up my mind. Something I really like is the variety here. They have a lot of different color options to choose from for almost every design they carry. Super fun store that is well maintained. Great place to shop for a gift!
