I walked in just wondering if they’d be able to help me with a watch battery that I just got replaced a week ago at Kay Jewelers. The watch wasn’t keeping the correct time. They didn’t hesitate to take it behind the counter and take a look at it for me. They replaced the battery free of charge! Jim and David were very kind, patient, and helpful with my issue. They took their time to assist me. They did say that if the battery still doesn’t work that there may be an issue with the watch itself. But it works great now! While I was waiting for the watch to be finished, Dianne asked if I needed anything. I showed her my tarnished silver bangles she offered to clean them for me She brought them back sparkling and gave me great advice on how to clean and store the bangles. Very lovely lady! Excellent customer service! This family owned jewelry store went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much!

Alora I love that this is a family-owned and run business! I missed the daughters name, but both she and her father Jon went above and beyond to help me when I brought in some old jewelry that I knew nothing about. My Aunt had recently passed away, and I got a lot of her jewelry I knew nothing about, or if it even was worth anything, I didnt know where to start. I knew Id probably get ripped off at a pawn show, and knew Id need a place to resize and repair any pieces I wanted to keep. After a quick Google search, this was the first place that popped up, and it had great reviews, so I paid them a visit. Jon was so informative and patient with me as I explained my situation, and he quickly went through my jewelry and was so open and honest about what I had and the worth of everything. It was so pleasant to chat with his daughter and him while I waited, put me right at ease and I loved how friendly they are. I got a great deal for what I brought in, and even found a beautiful pendant to take home! I will definitely be back, they have my business and will be the only place Ill go if I need anything done!
