They helped my husband design the most stunning engagement ring — it’s everything I could have dreamed of and more. What made it even more meaningful is that they incorporated pieces from my mother-in-law’s jewelry, turning it into a true family heirloom that I’ll cherish forever. The staff was so thoughtful, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. When we needed wedding bands last minute (truly crunch time), they didn’t hesitate. They simply said, “We’ll do our best,” and then somehow made it happen. That’s just the kind of care and magic they bring. The quality of their work is unmatched, and their pieces are absolutely beautiful. My mother-in-law also gifted me a pair of earrings from them, and I’m completely obsessed. A true gem of a jeweler — where timeless pieces and heartfelt service meet. Thank you again to Joseph and the entire team — you’ve created something we’ll treasure for generations

Robert Elliott I cannot express how amazing this place is. After dealing with a nightmare with Atlanta West Jewelry and being treated poorly there, my fiancé and I walked across the street and brought our engagement ring to get resized here and it was the easiest, most comfortable process from start to finish. The owner and his wife are extremely kind and knowledgeable on everything they work on/sell. AND to top it all off, the price was $35! AN EIGHTH OF WHAT THEIR COMPETITION WAS TRYING TO CHARGE US ACROSS THE SQUARE. For the same exact job! Don’t waste your time anywhere else. This couple is deserving of every dime we spent with them and I can guarantee that we will be back.

Micayla Crenshaw We’ve had multiple amazing experiences with Ascot Diamonds Atlanta. Specifically we’ve worked with Angelica on each project. First was my engagement ring in 2022 when she was so patient with us during our first real ring shopping experience. She answered every question we had and let us try on any shape/style we wanted. After a few different appointments I had finally chosen a shape/style and my fiance worked with Angelica from there. The entire process was seamless and I’ve been back for regular cleanings! I’ve also had a few different custom designs made (pinky ring and bezel diamond necklace) and each of those projects was just as great of an experience as the engagement ring. I brought Angelica my design ideas and she helped bring them to life. I cannot recommend working with Angelica and ascot enough and have sent a few friends here as well. Can’t wait for my next piece!!

Erin Wright Beyond impressed with this store and the man running it!! We took my engagement ring here to have sizing beads added, and they worked incredibly quickly to get it back to us the same day (were leaving town that night). The work was impeccable, and my ring shone like never before after they cleaned it. I will be coming back to this store for regular cleanings (any additional work needed) whenever we are back visiting family. 11/10 recommend and will be a customer for life!

Kiria Boo Raymond was very impressive with patience with my 4month old daughter yesterday. He did an exceptional job with my daughter ears piercing. They look so beautiful on her. Job well done Raymond if you are looking for some that has patience very informative about piercings and throughly detailed with any questions you may have Raymond is the one. Thank you a million times. I’m beyond satisfied with my services as this is a permanent thing.

DarShun Watson Customer service was great. I had a watch that needed links taken out and a new battery service was quick. I really like that the store is not as busy so you can really take a lot of time to search for what you are looking for.. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!!!!
