1 /5 Josefina Arroyo: So disappointed with this place. My chain had broke and every time i came to pick it up, it ended up broken in a different place. Bought three chains and they all three changed color.

1 /5 Mariana Barron: DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !!! My boyfriend bought me a bracelet for valentines, the very next day it broke we brought it in to get it repaired. We was told by the manager that’ll she would cover the repair up to 45 dollars and anything else we’ll pay the rest. Finally took 3 months to get it back, when we got there, they told us we had to pay 69 plus tax. When we tried to talk to her about it she kept avoiding the fact that she told us she’ll cover the 45 dollars that day. This lady went against her word and was very rude about it even told me not to talk while she was talking BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CHEAP MATERIAL DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE !

1 /5 Cassie Punchard: Awful. My mother bought me a sapphire anklet here from my something blue and not even a month later the anklet broke off while I was wearing it. I contacted them explaining the situation and how much it meant for me to get another one. The lady said she would have to look and see and get back with me. She was very sweet. A month past and I go up to the store and asked the lady about it. She got very rude with me saying that my mother did not buy it for the price I said and that I was lying and it would cost a lot more to order a new one. She said that I wasn’t there during the transaction so I do not know what happened. so I asked if she was there during the sale and she said no. But then she would say she was there when I know she wasn’t. Horrible customer service. I was even willing to pay for a new one because it was sentimental to me even though their product broke off my ankle. Rude. Do not go here.

1 /5 Louis Staten: Dont do business with this establishment. I brought a Ring 2400.00 and had it sent out to be sized. I was told to come back this Thursday..they ran a scam on me. They gave me another Ring smaller than the one I brought. I called the police today the 8th.. September nothing they could do... dont do business with this establishment. Please dont let them send it out to be sized. The old lady and her husband are scam gypsy
