Cole Williams I’ve had to take my watches down for misc repairs and always very helpful. Wife’s diamond came out of her wedding band and they had it fixed up no problem. The lady I always deal with is extremely pleasant. I will definitely be back for that bigger diamond for my wife’s ring. Zero pressure from them if you ask for pricing.

We were originally looking for my fiancé’s band, but found the perfect rose gold wedding band which neither of us were expecting to find so easily. He polished up the wedding band as well as my engagement ring without even asking. He was pleasant in conversation and so helpful. He went to great lengths to make sure I was as comfortable as possible buying the watch from him. He even went as far as taking photos with a loupe to make sure he accurately presented the watch to me.
