Matt Beck Great Customer Service from the first day we went in and they helped us track down the exact rings that we were looking for, until the day we picked them up. I definitely recommend this zales and Brandy who helped us. She is amazing and I will be back to ask for her when I need something else.

My engagement ring was distorted and they were able fix it within a very timely manner and reasonable price, in my opinion. I swear my ring came out looking better than it did when we bought it! Everyone at this location was so kind and helpful, and I immediately recommended them to a close relative as soon as I left the store. Thank y’all so much for getting my ring fixed and looking better than new. I would love to do more business with them in the future! (Hopefully not for the same issue though)

Dianne Haines I recently moved to Athens and was looking for good antique shops, and some furniture for my new house. The online pictures intrigued me and I called to make sure they were open. Upon entering, I was wowed by the presence of this amazing establishment! YES! I was now in my element, and completing content. I found SO many things I needed, and of course, many "wants". Karen the proprietor, was warm, gracious, and inviting. What a lovely woman to deal with! She even let me leave my things there for a couple of months until we were able to get into our new home. I couldnt be happier with my visits to this amazing shop, and feel so welcome to the new town which we now call home, thanks to Ms Karen. I will be a customer for life!
