We wanted to get permanent bracelets together, and she made the whole process so easy from start to finish. When we arrived, she even had Prosecco ready for us! She was so hospitable and went above and beyond to make our girls day such a fun, memorable experience. Since then, I’ve recommended her to anyone looking for something fun and unique to do in the city. More recently, I surprised my best friend with an appointment to get matching anklets for her birthday. Once again, she exceeded expectations—making it special and even helping coordinate a birthday surprise. Her jewelry is absolutely beautiful and high quality—I still get so many compliments on the pieces I wear daily. Beyond her stunning chain selection for permanent jewelry, she also offers unique ready-to-wear earrings, necklaces, and bracelets. She truly goes above and beyond every single time. If you’re looking for permanent jewelry or one-of-a-kind pieces, Laurel Lane is an absolute must-visit!

5 /5 Jasmine Kante: So pleasantly surprised by my experience here. I had my eye on permanent jewelry for a while, and loved her customer service and experience she provided to my bestie and I. At first thought I was apprehensive at the cost, but seeing as it’s now been over a year (I got a permanent anklet and bracelet in July 2024), I’m so happy with the purchase. There has been no color change on either piece, and I get compliments about them all of the time. I am planning my next visit to add to my stack. If you’re thinking about it, do it!

1 /5 Ashley Cadwell: I was really excited to bring my mom and sisters to Laurel Lane Jewelry after a fabulous dinner, especially since I had such a great experience there previously. We stopped by to get permanent anklets, expecting the same warm and welcoming vibe I remembered. When we approached the booth, I asked the young lady if she was closed. She replied that we had arrived just before she was set to take her last customer, so we quickly selected our pieces. However, from that point on, there was little to no communication or engagement. The energy felt rushed and uninviting—quite the opposite of my first visit. It’s disappointing because I wanted to share something special with my family, and unfortunately, the experience fell flat. As a returning customer, I expected consistency and kindness, especially with such a personal service. Sadly, I won’t be back.

2 /5 Lindsay Daniel: Acts like they want want to help you but then goes ghost. I purchased a pair of earrings a few months ago and unfortunately one of the clasps broke and I lost one. Reached out asked if they still had some and if I could pay for shipping. Communication was bad on the owners part very slow. They said they had them and would send them out. I provided my email so they could send me tracking and way to pay and now no one will respond. Shockingly The email I provided is now being spammed and someone was trying to gain access to it. Not to long after I gave it to the business. Here I wanted to support a small business again but looks like the color of my skin isnt dark enough for you to truly want me as a customer.
