Andrew Francis I have purchased multiple pieces from Schomburgs including my wifes engagement ring and our wedding bands and could not be happier with my experience. Not only do they have a great selection of high quality jewelry and gifts but have excellent customer service. The staff are all very welcoming and knowledgeable, always listen to what I am looking for, and are great advocates when working with their vendors to make sure I was always happy with my purchase. Niki Watkins I always have a great experience in this store! I wish I had gotten the young ladys name today but she was a lovely young lady and very, very sweet with an awesome smile. She was just clocking in and the store wasnt terribly busy but all the other were associates were helping other customers at the time (both of which greeted me when I walked in with smiles and assurance I would be helped as soon as possible). The young lady that ended up assisting me walked in grabbed a tablet and jumped right in to assist. I had an exchange from an online purchase and she handled it with a smile as did the other associate that had finished up with her customer. I just want to say thank you for the awesome customer service to these young ladies and all the fantastic ladies I have dealt with previously! THANK YOU!!!

John Philter I have a 50mm chase durer and took it to get links removed. Upon leaving I didnt really get a feel for the fit of the adjustment and noticed it was just a little too tight. After returning to get a link placed back in and and the band clip adjusted was told I already paid instead of charging again. Will be returning for future services and definitely recommend! Very nice jeweler and very speedy service. Thanks again River Fine Jewelry!

Katlynn Cha Everyone was kind and helpful in my selection of jewelry. Unfortunately they did not have a bracelet would fit my size wrist but I ended up choosing a necklace and having the chance the choose my own gems to put into the jewelry. I love that we have that option and the gift feels personalized with our own touch. They also were able to gift wrap my jewelry in a gift box with a cute little bow! Great experience for my first time at Kendra Scott!

Brittney Kandell I popped into this location with my daughter last night. They do customer service very well here! Each employee greater us and asked if we needed help, the associates working the fitting room were helpful. Even during check out, another associate struck up a conversation with us. It was a breath of fresh air.

Del Johnson Jean & staff are professional, friendly, knowledgeable & do quality work. This is the second time I have used them for jewelry repair of items very sentimental to me. Most importantly, I trust them to keep my items safe & return them to me repaired correctly & to my satisfaction.

Rene Curlee Needed a charm added to a necklace for my grandaughters birthday. Atkins Jewelry in Marietta had been my go to...but they closed for good! Looking for a new jewelry shop, landed at a place on Cobb Parkway but they said it would be a week before they could do what I needed done, and it would be $35! I found Arnett Jewelry, walked in and not only did he do the necklace, right then and there, took mere minutes....but there was no charge! Great customer sevice...now I know where to go next time I need jewelry!

Barbara Vutano I just have to tell about my experience in this store. First off, I was with my daughter and we are both from Florida. I just wanted to go in and check it out. Maria greeted us and was very helpful, friendly, and just very nice. I must say we literally had the poor girl running, never gave us any inclination that we were bothering her. After we picked everything out, she rang us up and that’s when my credit card was declined! She ran it thru again, DECLINED! There was no possible way that my card was declined! I was so embarrassed!!! I paid cash and apologized. We left the store on the phone with the credit card company and ended up getting everything worked out. Went back to our hotel, and this sweet lady text me asking if everything was ok. I must say that no one has ever done anything like that before! Maria definitely went above and beyond!!!! Thank you Maria!!!!!!
