5 /5 len scott: Upon entering the store I immediately felt a good energy. Natalie met us asked if it was our first time in the store. It was. She explained everything in the store and asked what I was looking for. After showing me several pieces and each meaning I selected what I was looking for. She then had me try on different sizes and explained the warranty and informed ne if there were any issues with any bracelet they would correct them. I enjoyed the interaction with Natalie and she made my experience in the store much more enjoyable. I will be returning with family members and we will look for Natalie.
