He was so patient and helpful throughout the process, walking me through options and making sure everything stayed true to the original piece. He also helped me with 2 other pieces, sizing a gold bracelet and refreshing a cherished fashion necklace. We took my engagement ring here to have sizing beads added, and they worked incredibly quickly to get it back to us the same day (were leaving town that night). The work was impeccable, and my ring shone like never before after they cleaned it. I will be coming back to this store for regular cleanings (any additional work needed) whenever we are back visiting family. 11/10 recommend and will be a customer for life!
